Dolores is the co-owner and associate manager of W.P.J. McCarthy and Company, which she founded with her husband, William, in 1988. Prior to entering the real estate profession, Dolores was trained and worked several years as a Legal Assistant. In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Dolores has also held a Province of British Columbia Real Estate Management License and currently holds a Real Estate Trading Services License. She is also involved in residential property analysis and brokerage.
